One Yacht Trainings are fully approved by the International Yacht Training (IYT WW) that is accepted by 56 countries in the world. One Yacht IYT WW Trainings are given both theoretically and practically by our professional instructors on sailing, catamaran and motor yachts.
He is a master sailor with excellent experience in both the commercial yacht and superyacht industries. In his career, he worked as a Fleet Manager, Project Manager in Superyacht Renovation projects, and later Palmarina Bodrum General Manager. He is also the founder of Xone Superyacht Group.
Kaan Özgönenç, who has been sailing since 1988, has represented our country many times. He set a record that is hard to break by being the 14 times Turkish Champion in the youth and adults 470 categories. He brought Turkey the first gold medal in its history in the Seniors Category at the 1997 Balkan Championships. He has been lecturing sailing and yachting training for adults in İzmir since 2002 and also continues to participate in yacht races with trainees.

After graduating from Istanbul Erkek High School, he graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Chemical Engineering and MBA. He speaks German and English.
He started sailing at the Istanbul Sailing Club when he was in secondary school. During his university years, he worked as a sailing instructor and trainer in various clubs. He was a founding member, trainer and member of the board directors of many clubs and associations such as Dragos Sailing Club, Heybeliada Water Sports Club-Sailing and Amateur Sailors' Association (DADD). He is the founder and manager of many online platforms related to maritime and sailing. He is also a doctor and can speak advanced English and French.
